Ordering, Delivery and Returns policy
How to order
Please view our products and send us an email on: info@aramica.co.uk or simply call us on: 0044(0)7944 056579. Always tell us the title of the item. Please note that you can always design your own cutlery to match the colours of your kitchen. We are more than happy to help.
Packaging
Our products come in either presentation gift pouch or a gift box. We also provide extra glass beads, different colour free of charge, so you can always change the shape or the colour of the beads by unscrewing the top.

Payment
We accept UK cheques and Paypal. Once the payment has been made we will notify you of the postage date. Please allow 3 working days for a cheque to be cleared. We are a verified PayPal merchant.
Delivery
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, and we also despatch abroad. We have a huge clientele base in the USA and Europe.
We despatch parcels using Royal Mail or other couriers . In case of posting abroad, we will endeavour to find the least expensive but the most reliable courier and we will notify you by email when your order is despatched and provide you with a tracking code if needed.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Return
If you change your mind about our products or you are not totally satisfied with the purchase you can return it unused within 3 weeks for an exchange or refund.
If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund you in full (including the original postage charge for refunds).
